Business Email- Delay issues

Dear Customers,

We are currently experiencing an incident that is impacting Hosted Business email, (Inbound/Outbound Mail). Users will experience inbound email delays. The engineering team is currently investigating the issues.

We will post updates once we have them available.

UPDATES:

AT 6:30 PM, IST

We are continuing to investigate this issue. Currently our Network Engineering team is investigating packet loss between clusters for PROD A. We are engaging Data Centre Technician to investigate the link between the clusters.

We will provide updates as they become available, and appreciate your patience.

 

AT 7:45 PM, IST

Our technician has been engaged and working to diagnose the problem. We want to get the system back up as soon as possible. Please stay tuned.

 

AT 9:05 PM, IST

We have found the problem. we are working on to fix it now.

 

 

AT 10:00 PM, IST

A fix has been implemented. we are monitoring the results now.
