Incident Resolved:
Incident has been resolved. It was occured because of the hardware failure, which has been replaced successfully.
All operations have been restored and email queue has been successfully pushed to destinations.

Hello,
We are experiencing a degradation in service for Hosted Email customers on Email cluster . Users may experience issues with sending with error "SMTP Error (454)" Authentication failed". Our Engineering team has been engaged and they are currently investigating the issue.
We will resolve it shortly. Your extended patience is highly appreciated.
